Incorporated in August 1997, Madhur Knit Crafts Limited is a textile manufacturing company engaged in the production of fabrics, blankets, winter textiles, garments and other textile products. The Company commenced commercial operations in 2013 with a focus on manufacturing blankets and has since diversified its product portfolio to cater to consumer, industrial and institutional textile requirements.

The Company operates an integrated yarn-to-cloth manufacturing model, undertaking processes including knitting, dyeing, printing, brushing, polishing, sueding, stentering, bonding and finishing. Its manufacturing facility is located in Ludhiana, Punjab, a well-established textile hub, providing access to raw materials, suppliers, logistics services and distribution networks. The facility is equipped with modern textile machinery sourced from Korea, Taiwan and China and is supported by an in-house Effluent Treatment Plant. The Company is also ISO 9001:2015 certified for its quality management system.

Madhur Knit Crafts follows a made-to-order production model, manufacturing products primarily against confirmed customer orders. Its products are marketed through wholesalers, distributors, retailers, institutional buyers and direct customer relationships across India. The Company also undertakes job work services, including dyeing, knitting and finishing, for third-party textile companies.

As of February 28, 2026, the Company had 177 employees, including Directors and Key Managerial Personnel, across finance and accounts, administration and HR, sales and marketing, production, quality control, stores, engineering and maintenance functions.
